ADMISSIONS PROCEDURES  (Checklist) 

An application will not be considered until the school receives all of the items below: 
[] an Application Form 
[] a Student Information Form (for grades 6-12) 
[] a Code of Conduct Form (for grades 3-12) 
[] a Medical Information Form for each student 
[] Proof of Canadian citizenship or landed immigrant status for each student 
[] Proof of age for each student (copy of birth certificate or passport) 
[] a copy of the most recent report card for each student 
 

 
Once accepted, we require:
 

a)      A completed Pre-Authorized Debit form (usually with a voided cheque attached) or a lump sum payment for the whole school year.

b)      A registration/volunteer deposit of $300 ($150 for parents with one student in Kindergarten). This deposit is refunded only when 30 volunteer hours have been completed. If the student withdraws from the school, the deposit is not refunded.
